Wedding

On September 3, 2025 after work, Sinan took me to Lukfook at Fairview Mall to choose my engagement ring. We drove on the highway through downtown traffic around 5 p.m., and although we couldn’t find the exact ring size, we captured a sweet video of him placing the ring on my finger with the help of the staff. It was a beautiful day. Just 16 days later, on September 19, we had our pre-wedding photoshoot with Coni, our photographer. We took photos at the pier and around downtown. It was cold, but we embraced the moment. Soon after, the weather turned freezing and rainy. God is good.

Our wedding took place on Sunday, August 24, 2025. The wedding liturgy and betrothal were held at Trinity College Chapel, Toronto, followed by our reception at Hotel X, New Fort Hall (The Glasshouse). The weather before our wedding was gloomy, but on that day, God truly blessed us with a bright, shining morning. We captured beautiful photos at and around the church and later enjoyed outdoor sparklers with our guests at the hotel. Just an hour before the reception ended, around 10 p.m., the rain poured down—perfectly timed. A wonderful reminder of God’s grace on our special day.
