Two days in Brunei 🇧🇳

Yet, something has changed so that 👱🏻Nick feels that he has to leave her, despite the fun that they have had together

Outside now the Marge business was no longer so tragic. It was not even very important. The wind blew everything like that away. 

None of it was important now. The wind blew it out of his head. Still he could always go into town Saturday night. It was a good thing to have in reserve. 

🙍🏼Marjorie’s reaction to the break up may also be important as through it Hemingway may be exploring the theme of acceptance and independence. 

Marjorie, makes no pleas with Nick to try and salvage something in the relationship. Rather she quickly tells Nick that she will take the boat while he can walk back around the point. 

If anything it would appear that Marjorie is accepting that Nick wants to end the relationship and the fact that she takes the boat, may act as symbolism for her independence. 

Just as Nick was in control of the boat at the beginning of the story, Marjorie takes control of it at the end. 

Marjorie’s physical movement, of rowing away from Nick may also be important as it suggests, at least symbolically, that she is moving away from Nick. 

It is quite possible that Marjorie has accepted that the relationship is over and, by rowing away from Nick, is moving on with her life.

20 days down to 27th

Coming to the end of January,

welcoming to the Chinese New Year,

closing the 2016-2017 1st semester,

I am happy with these!😃😃

Things make me happy:

1. paid the two CUMA school fee

2. period finally comes 🤠

3. buying some pretty dresses 👗

4. decided to do some more new things in 2017 😚

5. loved my Phuket trip 🏝

6. the adorable kids in my class 

Still, the world is beautiful and I'm just too new for this world.

Go for your dream! Bren! 

You only live once!

Life is just too short to have the important things undone.

Take care of those important things first, 

and the other things will fall into the place.

2016 Christmas Holidays

TTomorrow will be the last official school day before the Christmas holidays. 

Looking towards to my day off that I can finally rest my mind, heart, soul for a little while. 

Working and studying nearly four months in this late 2016.

Working and studying have fully filled my time.

Hope time can fly sooner and more fun things could happen.
